Following an initial clearing and healing session, to ensure that the client is ready, Sonia will lead a guided meditation that enables clients to access and view their own past life experiences. The process is complex and highly individual, and Sonia uses a series of techniques to help clients reach this deep self knowledge.
The benefits of this work are profound, as it allows clients to recognise where past life patterns, emotional wounds, and spiritual imprints may have been carried forward into the present incarnation. Some clients may feel blocked when accessing certain memories, and in these cases Sonia employs her psychic perception and healing abilities to assist the client in receiving clearer insight and vision during the regression.
Sonia has completed many past life regressions, both personally and with clients.
